Cookiebees

The measurement-first CRM

Transform your brand
with signals.

Attribution, CDP, CRM
in one place.

Cookiebees resolves every visitor into a customer on your own domain, credits every order to the ad that earned it, wins back the ones who walked away, and sends enriched conversions back to Meta, Google Ads and GA4.

Every feature is measurement first. Then everything else. Built for ecommerce and lead-gen teams.

The problem

Your ad account is optimising for the wrong purchase.

It counts a ₹499 cash-on-delivery order that will be refused at the door exactly the same as a ₹4,000 prepaid order from a customer who buys four times a year.

01

The signal is missing

Half the journey never reaches the platform. Blocked, stripped by a browser, lost on a redirect, or arriving as "direct" from a device nobody can tie to the first one.

You cannot credit what you never saw.

02

The signal is wrong

Every purchase is reported at the same weight. First order or fifth, prepaid or cash on delivery, full price or heavily discounted, ₹400 of margin or ₹4,000 - one event, one number.

You cannot weigh what you cannot identify.

03

The signal never goes back

What the business learns later - the refund, the returned parcel, the customer who came back twice more - stays in your systems. The algorithm that spent the money never hears any of it.

The platform only knows what you tell it.

None of this is the platform failing. It was told every one of those orders was a purchase worth its value, because that is the only message a browser tag can send. Everything below is one of these three being fixed.

01 · The signal is missing

Over 98% of Shopify orders, tied to the ad that earned them.

That is only possible because one system holds all three. Three tools bought separately never agree: the CDP cannot see what the ads did, the CRM does not know who the visitor was, and the attribution tool has no way to reach anyone. Cookiebees runs all three off the same first-party identity, which is why the numbers reconcile.

0.0%

Attribution coverage

Not modelled, not estimated, not a guess from a black box. Captured on your own domain, order by order: the ad platform, the campaign and the click behind each one.

02 · The signal is wrong

You sell on Shopify, check out through GoKwik, advertise on Meta, talk on WhatsApp. One identity underneath all of it.

Every system a store or a lead-gen team already runs plugs into the same identity graph. Orders come in from any of them. Signals go back to the platforms that paid for the click. Nothing is glued together, so nothing drifts.

One identity

Every visitor resolved to a person, on your own domain.

Orders from any store, journeys across any checkout, signals to any platform: all of them read the same record. Change a checkout provider and the journeys survive. Add a channel and it inherits the history.

One click to connect. Nothing to paste.

Cookiebees is a verified Meta Tech Provider and a verified Google platform. Pixel, Lead Ads, ad spend, catalog, WhatsApp, Google Ads: each one is a login popup. Tokens are exchanged server-side and never shown, and connecting and sending are separate decisions, so nothing fires until you say so.

03 · The signal never goes back

The parcel came back. Meta still counts it as a sale.

Refunds, returns, the customer who ordered twice more - your systems know all of it and the algorithm that spent the money never hears any of it. Cookiebees closes the loop: what happens after checkout goes back to Meta, GA4 and Google Ads as the thing it actually was.

  1. Ad platforms

    Meta · Google · more

  2. Capture

    every source, every click id

  3. Checkout

  5. Signal back

    Meta CAPI · GA4 · Google Ads

The rail on the left is the whole product. It carries what happened after the parcel left back to the platform that charged for the click - which is where every other tool stops.

Building the event

An example order. The field names, the hashing and the four events are the ones actually sent.

Deduplicated on your own order id, hashed, with the value attached - so bidding learns from buyers who kept what they bought, not from clicks. This is the step almost nothing else takes, and the reason the other four are worth doing.

What changes

One month. Six honest questions.

Same spend, same orders, same three campaigns. Each question measures the one thing every advertiser already trusts, return on ad spend, against something your own store knows about those orders and no ad platform can see.

Pick a question

6 column packs, on the same month

The order inverts.

Am I paying prospecting prices to re-buy my own customers?

Three campaigns over one month: reported return on ad spend, and New-customer ROAS.
CampaignSpendPurchasesROASFirst ordersCost per new customerNew-customer ROASChange
Prospecting - BroadUP FROM #3₹4,20,0003102.3264 (85%)₹1,5911.8-0.5
Advantage+ Shopping₹2,60,0002053.1118 (58%)₹2,2031.6-1.5
Retargeting - 30dDOWN FROM #1₹1,80,0002406.031 (13%)₹5,8060.7-5.3

Your best campaign is your worst one at finding customers. Retargeting’s 6.0 came from 31 new customers at ₹5,806 each; prospecting’s 2.3 came from 264 at ₹1,591. The campaign you were about to cut is the one buying the business customers.

No single column settles it, which is the point. Six honest questions, six different answers, two of which are good news, and none of these columns are ours to keep: each one is a signal sent back to Meta and Google as its own conversion, so it becomes a column in Ads Manager and a target the algorithm can bid toward. Your existing ROAS column stays exactly where it is.

Inspect it yourself

Six real artefacts. Not a single screenshot.

Every claim above has an object behind it. These open the object at full size: the headers, the payload, the match score, the timeline. Read them before you believe any of it.

01The signal is missing

Safari has treated a CNAME to a vendor host as cloaking since ITP 2.3. We use no subdomain at all.

First touch, every session in between, the converting click. A receipt, not a probability.

02The signal is wrong

Checkout gave you an email. The identity graph gives you the other nine fields that raise the match.

Segments built on behaviour the ad platform never saw, sized against what it can match.

03The signal never goes back

What came in, what we attached, the exact body that left. Inspect it rather than trust it.

The checkout they walked away from, won back, and credited to the send that earned it.

The growth layer

Open it on Monday. It tells you what to do.

Attribution answers what happened. The growth layer answers what to do about it: which campaign to scale, which to cut, what the store already has and is not serving. Every verdict is priced on your own costs and margins, with the arithmetic shown.

What We Found

70.2% of buyers needed only one touch

252 of 359 orders came from a single recorded interaction.

Don’t conclude: that a high number is efficiency. It usually means you are harvesting demand that already existed.
Do this: move the next rupee to the campaigns whose buyers are new.

Sixteen findings, the same in every workspace. Each one names the wrong conclusion before you reach it.

Judged on your costs, not a platform’s ROAS

Product cost, gateway fee, shipping and packaging per order; contribution beside revenue on every report.

Customer said

One question after every order, over WhatsApp or email. Their answer is a credit model beside last click and first touch.

A propensity score calibrated nightly on your own store, never a ranking published as a rate.

Audiences sized against Meta

Behavioural segments built from what the store already records, previewed against what the platform can actually match.

Measurement first

Every other CRM bolts measurement on. Ours is built on top of it.

Most stacks bolt measurement on last, after the inbox, the email tool, the recovery app and the dashboard. But the signals are what the ad platforms spend your money on: get them wrong and everything after them is wrong too, and none of it can tell. Here the measurement sits underneath everything: one identity, one set of numbers, and every tool above it already knows who the person is, which ad brought them and what they are worth.

Built for the tools. Measurement bolted on later.

who the person is, which ad brought them, what they are worth: known before anyone sends a message

Every message is measured because it is sent to a resolved person. Every rupee a playbook recovers is credited to the send, and goes back to Meta and Google as a conversion.

  • A CRM built for the inbox, with tracking bolted on later
  • Browser-pixel only - conversions lost to iOS & ad-blockers
  • A separate Zapier/GA tagging setup to glue tools together
  • WhatsApp in a different app, untied to the lead
  • No revenue value flowing back to the ad platforms
  • Per-action billing that scales against you
  • A CRM built on the measurement: identity, attribution and signals first
  • Server-side CAPI + GA4 with dedup - conversions survive
  • One platform that already knows it’s all the same lead
  • WhatsApp inbox + click-to-WA attribution, in the CRM
  • Real purchase value sent back to Meta & GA4 on close
  • Priced on the leads and orders you track, every feature in every plan

One identity that the signals, the decisions and the tools all read

Nothing to glue together, so nothing drifts

The result of every action goes back to the platform that paid for it

The people who fixed measurement for those brands built this.

Measure Marketer is a measurement agency. The same people who untangled tracking for some of the largest brands in the world packaged that muscle into one product, so every store and lead-gen team gets the measurement a billion-dollar company gets, without the agency.

The founders of Cookiebees

Prashanth and Rajeshwar, the founders. Measurement and tracking is all we do, and we walk every brand through its own numbers until the picture is clear and the signals are flowing.
